Recently, we had 50 GP-NOVA detectors on the production tables for a pharmaceutical company.
With 50 units on the tables, there is plenty to keep track of. Each GP-NOVA is assembled and prepared for its specific setup. The sensor and settings must match the application, and each unit gets its own serial number and production date. Once the assembly is complete, the detector is tested and calibrated with the relevant gas before it is ready for delivery.
Later, the same company ordered another 50. Since production, testing and calibration all take place here at Geopal, we could put the next batch through the same process again.
That is one of the practical advantages of having our own production. If something needs to be changed or adjusted, we can handle it here. We know the product and work with it every day.
