Say hello to Geopal’s longest serving service technician!

Lars Helms is service and project manager at Geopal and has been with us since 2011! Lars is responsible for strengthening the internal cooperation in our service team as well as managing the larger service tasks. He does this, among other things, by preparing, planning and executing projects as well as optimizing our internal systems and processes, and he is responsible for our intranet, SharePoint. Here, our service technicians can easily share their service reports and knowledge, and in this way they can work and solve their service tasks much more efficiently!

In his spare time, Lars is very active and either goes hunting or goes to cultural activities in Copenhagen, and good food is often involved.

As a colleague, Lars is always helpful and a good listener, and not least full of good humour! We have enjoyed Lars for over 10 years, and fortunately, Lars is also happy to be part of Geopal: “One of the best things about working at Geopal is that I have a great deal of co-determination and freedom with regard to my tasks and working hours, and this provides great employee satisfaction. In addition, collegiality is very important to me. We have a good collaboration, and we often laugh – both when we are working together and when we are outside the office.”

PS. Lars is also the colleague who has priorities 100% in order. He always makes sure to have candy in his drawer, and if you’re lucky, you can have a piece of candy, even if it’s not Friday! Thank you for being a wonderful colleague, Lars!
