Medical cannabis is made of flowers from the cannabis plant and is used as a relieving drug for patients with e.g. sclerosis, spinal cord injury, chronic pain treatment and nausea / vomiting after chemotherapy.
It has been possible for Danish patients to have a printed prescription for medical cannabis and until now it has been produced abroad.
