Every month, all our service technicians meet for a planning meeting, where, among other things, they plan next month’s service visits to our customers and typically review security approvals, updates and courses.
This time, our talented engineer Gustav also participated. He presented a new Bluetooth module that can be connected to our gas detectors such as GP-SA-2, GP-SA and GP-SB.
Our Bluetooth module is specially designed to facilitate the work of our service technicians when calibrating and reading data from gas detectors located in difficult or hard-to-reach places. This innovative module allows for wireless communication between the gas detector and a smartphone or laptop equipped with an associated application.
With the Bluetooth module, our service technicians can easily connect to the gas detector without having to connect physical cables or be in close proximity to the device. They can simply use their mobile device to connect via Bluetooth and access the gas detector’s settings and data in real time.
In this way, they can easily carry out a calibration with our customers who have placed the gas detectors in hard-to-reach places and ensure that the gas detector detects what it is supposed to and that it gives an alarm at the desired concentration.
By using our Bluetooth module, our service technicians can save time and minimize hassle when they are out on service tasks.
