Every month, our service technicians meet for a planning meeting, where they plan next month’s service visits for our different customers. In addition to planning service visits, security clearances and courses are also typically reviewed. It is important that our service technicians have the relevant and necessary approvals as well as certificates, and in this way we ensure our service technicians that they always comply with all safety requirements and have the right qualifications.
In addition to the monthly planning meetings, our service technicians also meet several times a year for a status meeting. At the status meetings, the service technicians are informed about new initiatives, new products or updates, and sharing knowledge and experience is an important part of the service meetings. At the last status meeting, catalytic sensors and software changes at the GPU-45A alarm monitor were discussed, and after the meeting, the service technicians went to a small photoshoot.
