Two days of training and hands-on calibration with Ergocool in Greece

I recently spent two days with our long-standing partner Ergocool in Greece, combining classroom training with hands-on work in the field.

The first day focused on product training, sensors, calibration, troubleshooting and technical support, bringing together Ergocool’s sales and service teams.

On the second day, the training continued on-site with visits to two refrigeration facilities in Piraeus and Elefsina, where Geopal gas detection systems are installed. Together, the teams carried out calibration, discussed the installations and shared practical experience from the field.

Training on operating installations means that discussions are based on real applications rather than theory alone. It gives both teams practical experience they can bring directly into future customer projects.

One detail we especially enjoyed seeing was Ergocool’s own training and test board built around Geopal products. It is a great example of the commitment they put into maintaining a high level of technical knowledge and supporting their customers.
