We’re happy to welcome Kim Pedersen as a new member of our production team at Geopal.
Kim brings solid hands-on experience from previous roles in production, testing and repair, including assembly, functional and burn-in testing, high-voltage testing, firmware uploads, cable production, and PCB repair. In addition, he has worked with calibration, troubleshooting and customer-facing tasks, and has been involved in developing production tools, often driven by his strong interest in 3D printing, which he has successfully implemented in previous workplaces.
Outside of work, Kim spends a lot of time on 3D printing, home automation, new technology and DIY projects. He has built everything from 3D printers and computers to aluminum extrusion constructions – and yes, we’ve already seen some of his impressive 3D prints at Geopal! Including a custom container for dog treats for our much-loved office dogs, Minka and Maddie.
Fun fact: One of Kim’s 3D prints has even found its way into a Michelin-starred restaurant, after he left it there and it later appeared on their Instagram.
With his technical skills, helpful nature and good sense of humor, Kim has already become a valued part of the team, and we’re very happy to have him on board!
