Marc has just joined us as our new Electronics Engineer and will be working closely with our technical department on development, testing, and fine-tuning of our gas detection systems and solutions. With a background as a trained electrician and newly graduated Electronics Engineer in 2025, Marc brings both hands-on experience and fresh perspectives, ready to dive into the world of safety and gas detection!
Before joining Geopal, Marc gathered valuable experience across different industries, including seven years in the car-sharing sector.
Fun fact: It was actually the idea of developing a smoke sensor for that industry that sparked Marc’s journey into electronics engineering!
A true tech enthusiast at heart, Marc enjoys anything you can nerd out on, especially IoT projects and everything involving electrical technology. When not immersed in circuits and sensors, you’ll likely find him spending time with family, enjoying music festivals, or out in nature.
