.. NH3, better known as ammonia, which is typically used to produce fertilizers or as a refrigerant.

Ammonia is a colorless and toxic gas with a permeable, unpleasant odor, and it is therefore crucial with the detection of ammonia gas, as it can be life-threatening for humans and animals if it leaks!

Therefore, our service technician, Dennis, was visiting one of our customers who uses ammonia as a refrigerant, and installed NH3 gas detectors. The gas detectors continuously monitor any gas emissions and alert at reached limit values. Then signals are sent to the control room, after which the refrigeration system automatically shuts down and alerts the employees.

We are proud to provide gas detection and contribute with extra security to our customer.
