Geopal GP-AMP Gas Detector

GP-AMP for DIN rail mounting is used as a control unit for the GJ-EX, GJ-C, GJ-CO2 / GJ-IR, and GJ-ELK detectors.

Place the detector where gas leaks may occur or near extraction systems so the airflow passes the sensor.

For hazardous (EX) areas, GP-AMP must be installed in a safe (non-EX) location, while GJ-EX detectors are ATEX approved for installation within the EX zone.

Description

Compatible with GJ-EX, GJ-C, GJ-CO2 / GJ-IR, and GJ-ELK.

The amplifier provides three volt-free relay outputs and an analog output:

Alarm 1 (low alarm or gas warning)
Alarm 2 (high alarm)
Fault relay
Analog output 0–5 V, 0–10 V, or 4–20 mA
Adjustment option for sensor supply: +5 V
